Our Story
The Tattered Toad started with a quiet conviction: that a neighborhood café and bar should feel like the living room you always wished you had. Not flashy, not rushed — just warm, honest, and genuinely welcoming.
Located on North Water Street in the heart of Cambridge, we've been serving our community since day one. Mornings belong to the coffee regulars who know their orders by heart. Evenings belong to friends gathering around the bar, sharing stories over a well-made drink.
Everything we do is guided by one question: would we want to sit here? If the answer is yes, we're on the right track.
